Yes, a minimum of 50% deposit is required in most reservations. Most of our clients choose to pay all in advance to be worry-free on the day of the event. Please consult with the booking agent about your deposit requirements.
CAN I EXTEND MY RESERVATION ON THE SAME DAY OF EVENT?
Yes, however we suggest that you book extra time before the event to guarantee the artist's availability. To extend the reservation, please let the entertainer know, they will contact us to make sure they are not booked in another event. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail from the original reservation to make a payment for the new balance.
DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes, we are insured. For all COI's (Certificate of Insurance) requests, please e-mail us at info@lolassignatureevents with the information needed on your certificate. Simple certificates can be issued within 24-48 hours. Certificates containing more information that usual, please send your request at least 2 weeks in advance.
WHAT IS THE STAFF'S ATTIRE/UNIFORM?
The performers will use our Lola's black T shirt, with black or khaki pants and closed shoes. Contact us if you have a special attire request (an additional fee may be charged).
DO YOU PROVIDE WITH ALL SETUP?
Most of our service include our setup, however please consult with the booking assistant to make sure what the setup includes.
ARE THE MATERIALS USED SAFE FOR SKIN?
All the materials used on our face and body painting kits are 100% safe for the skin and non toxic.
DOES THE ENTERTAINER COME BEFORE THE EVENT'S START TIME?
Yes, each service will include a setup time which ranges from 15 minutes to 1 hour prior to your event. This information will be included in your reservation link.
