AGREEMENTS AND RESERVATIONS

In order to complete an order, Lola's Signature Events will send an email with a reservation link, which require a digital signature and online payment. Event will not be confirmed and the selected date and time will be available for other potential customers until both requirements are met.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS


Here at Lola's Signature Events, to secure the booking we require our clients to make a 50% non refundable deposit of the total invoice.  Total balance must be paid three business day before the event date, otherwise, Lola's Signature Events will cancel the event and bill the customer with the balance of the total invoice. Client is responsible to email us at support@lolassignatureevents.com to request any changes, downgrades, rescheduling and cancellations, which are subject to policies stated below.

WEATHER

We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. Client is responsible to have an alternate indoor location in advance.

RESCHEDULING DATE

 

If event needs to to be rescheduled to another date, please do so at least 30 days prior to not be charged a rescheduling fee. Within this term, the client has the right of using their deposit (50% of total invoice) as a credit for an event within 6 months and receiving the other 50% of the balance if invoice was paid in full.

In case of requesting a date reschedule with 1-29 days prior to the event, a $75 fee will be added to the total invoice, if available. If not available is it subject to our cancellation policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

To cancel altogether, below are the date terms and the forfeit charge percent amount:

  • 100% of deposit is refunded 1 month prior to booking

  • 75% of deposit is refunded 3 weeks prior to booking

  • 50% of deposit is refunded 2 weeks prior to booking

  • 20% of deposit is refunded 1 week prior to booking

  • ZERO deposit is refunded if cancelled 6 -1 days prior booking

RENTALS

BALLOON DECORATION RENTALS

All of Lola's Signature Events' balloon decorations equipment, including but not limited to frames, structures, bases, lighting, poles, fabric, etc., are the property of Lola's Signature Events and must remain onsite for pickup at a specified time and date included in the reservation link at the time of booking. Client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misplacement or damage. In the event that our equipment is damaged, misplaced, or stolen, Client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s) (costs information detailed in the invoice). All deliveries require the signature of a responsible party for equipment to be left.

PHOTO BOOTH RENTALS

Client is responsible for loss or damage to provider’s equipment caused by: a) Any misuse of the Provider's Equipment by Client or its guests, or b) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to rain, fire or flood but excluding acts of God). All deliveries require the signature of a responsible party for equipment to be left.
